Growing up on the Iron Range in Northern Minnesota, Joe was instilled with an intense loyalty to family, friends, and community. This same humble, working-class upbringing gave him an appreciation of what it takes to strike out on his own and create a new path.

A gutsy Kiwi from New Zealand, Shane Maguire landed on the shores of Liberty twenty-five years ago to seek the American Dream. A passionate, entrepreneurial idealist with a background in marketing and a zeal for new ideas, today Shane envisions sharing The Dream not only with his son, but those whom he employs, works with, and meets. Through an optimal mix of commitment and fun he leverages his expertise and competitive spirit by creating opportunities that challenge and inspire people to do their best. In so doing, Shane demonstrates clear understanding, compassion, and empathy for the human experience.
